Deposits, deadlines, cancellation charges and the conditions attached to Passion Play tickets.
Payment
Terms of payment

A 10% deposit secures the allocation. Nothing is guaranteed until the deposit is received.
Cancellation

Tickets
Ticket conditions
Oberammergau Passion Play tickets cannot be amended after confirmation. This includes, but is not limited to, changes of performance date, ticket category, seating zone or package allocation. Any change request requires cancellation of the original booking and, if available, a new reservation. The applicable cancellation charges apply to the cancelled booking, and any new booking is subject to current availability and pricing.
Deadlines
Additional payment terms
Timely payment of all deposits and balance payments is essential. All payments must be received on or before the due dates stated on the original invoice.
Failure to pay by the due date results in:
- Immediate cancellation of the allocated Passion Play tickets and related services
- Forfeiture of any deposits or payments already made
- Loss of the ticket allocation and corresponding reservations
- No guarantee that cancelled tickets or allocations can be reinstated
